Why now

A market that is only just opening up.

East Africa is one of the fastest-growing regions on the continent: a young, large workforce and economies in an early phase of growth create room for bold companies.

Companies that enter now build recognition and relationships before the market is carved up by competitors.

PerspectiveNot a leap into the unknown, but a deliberate move.
FocusEthiopia and Kenya, with the wider East Africa in view.
The time advantageMarket position is built before it becomes obvious.

What I do

From plan to presence.

I don't sell reports from a distance. I guide companies through the concrete decisions and conversations that let them enter the market with greater confidence.

The edge

What you can't buy in a report.

I work on the ground, in Addis Ababa. I know the local business, regulatory and cultural realities from daily experience — not only from analysis.

“Successful expansion starts with relationships that someone is genuinely building on the ground.”

Who it's for

For companies that take East Africa seriously.

01

Manufacturers looking for a place for their products and for lasting trade relationships.

02

Trading companies that need a vetted partner, distributor or representative.

03

Technology companies that want to grow in the region deliberately.
